Yes — RTG scoops include a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Do detectors come with a warranty?
Yes — all detectors include the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand.
Can I return a metal detector?
No — metal detectors and pinpointers are final sale.
This is standard across the industry due to manufacturer policies and the nature of the equipment.
Why are detector sales final?
Once used, detectors cannot be resold as new. Performance also depends heavily on user skill, settings, and conditions, not just the machine itself.

📦 Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to ship my order?
- In-stock items: 1–3 business days
- Handmade scoops: 3–10 business days
High demand periods: up to 21 business days for custom scoop orders
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes — expedited options are available at checkout when applicable.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes — tracking is emailed once your order ships.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Once shipped, packages are handled by the carrier. We will assist you in filing a claim if needed, but we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages.
Do you offer local pickup?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items that are:
